An entrepreneur, author, lecturer, radio host, and frequent guest on ABC News, Bob Sagar has an established and reputable portfolio of success. He is an experienced financial advisor and founded the Senior Financial Center which provides asset protection and income planning for individuals 60 and better. With his full schedule and active lifestyle, one might readily ask why Bob decided to add Qivana to his life. Ask him and he’ll simply tell you, “It was the timing and the opportunity.”

Bob is good friends with Qivana Diamond, AJ Monte, and the two of them worked together in a network marketing business 22 years ago. “We became involved in that company after the hyper growth had occurred, and we missed out on the ground floor opportunity,” says Bob. “I know that the Qivana opportunity is tremendous and it’s very real and exciting to me. As a traditional business owner, I have to manage employees, overhead, and everything that comes with operating a traditional business. Building a Qivana business gives me the opportunity for freedom, and I want to be free.”

Bob describes himself as a quick start individual. “If I make a commitment to do something, then I do it, and I do it right then. I don’t over-think or overanalyze. I do what I have to do, make any adjustments, and I just keep moving and keep doing,” he explains. Bob’s drive and tireless work ethic paid off quickly and he personally enrolled 12 IBOs in just two weeks. “I’ve always been a goal-oriented person and I have a bright outlook on what I want to accomplish in life,” he shares. “What Qivana has done for me is it has made my life simpler. I don’t have to go out and hire new employees. I know exactly where I want to go with Qivana, and I know that Qivana will be a billion dollar company. All I have to do is tell my story on a consistent basis, become the best leader that I can become, and help others to do the same. Qivana builds a brighter future and it has helped me to expand my horizons.”

For Bob, one of the keys to creating success is to clearly define your purpose. “I know I was put here to lead, teach, and train people. I’m very clear and definite about my purpose,” he says. Helping his IBOs to define their purpose, or their why, is one of Bob’s many strengths as a leader. He tells them, “Have a very clear why and let it be the ultimate driving force so that when rejection comes in, it won’t even matter.” In addition to developing a strong why, Bob emphasizes to his team the importance of writing goals and setting aside time for personal development. “I believe in my heart that this is a personal development and quest business. If people could learn to work harder on themselves than on their jobs, they would learn the skills to effectively communicate with and ethically influence others. Those who work harder on improving themselves will make a fortune,” he shares.

Bob’s goal-oriented mindset, clear focus, and enthusiasm have naturally made him a magnet for like-minded individuals. “I’m blessed,” he exclaims. “I have an incomparable upline team and I’ve been able to introduce this opportunity to a multitude of individuals that has quickly grown to include over 500 people.” He affectionately calls his personally sponsored IBOs his mastermind group. Along with specialized training, Bob’s new IBOs are introduced to the team’s nine core commitments which are: Be here 24 months from today; spend daily self-development time; do two exposures (opportunity introductions) every day; attend everything; do one long-distance exposure every week; use all the products; develop five to 10 retail consumers; and begin your own mastermind group. In his mastermind call every week with his personally sponsored IBOs, Bob reviews the core commitments, helps his team focus on their goals and where they want to be as a team, and encourages each of them to hold their own mastermind call with their IBOs.

A true optimist, Bob tells his team, “Don’t wish for fewer problems; just wish for more skills.” Bob knows that with Qivana, he is inviting others to be part of a powerful and life-changing opportunity. And as a dedicated leader, he’ll undoubtedly be there to lead, teach, and train his people every step of the way to success. “Qivana is giving us a brighter, more positive, and exciting future. I know that with Qivana I’ll be able to achieve my goal to own my life and enjoy freedom. Qivana represents a blessed lifestyle and I’m excited to be a part of it and share it with others.”

Tips for Success

1. Define your why.

2. Have a solid vision and goals.

Persistence, determination, and perspective are just a few of the qualities that describe the remarkable character of Olympic Gold Medalist Dan Jansen. A speed skater, he competed for the United States at four Winter Olympic Games: in 1984, 1988, 1992, and 1994, taking home the Gold medal in 1994 and setting a new world record in the 1000 meter event in the process. Dan is an eight-time World record holder in the 500 meter and 1000 meter; a seven-time Overall World Cup Champion; a two-time World Sprint Champion; and has won 20 World Championship medals, 46 World Cup victories, and more than 75 World Cup medals. He was presented the James E. Sullivan award in 1995 as outstanding amateur athlete in the United States.

In memory of his sister, Jane, who died of leukemia during the 1988 Winter Olympics, Dan established the Dan Jansen Foundation in 1994 to benefit youth sports, educational programs, and the victims and families affected by leukemia. After retiring from competitive speed skating, Dan was inducted into the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame in 2004 and was the skating coach for the NHL Chicago Blackhawks from 2005 to 2007. He is an exceptional motivational speaker and experienced television broadcaster, acting as a speed skating commentator at the last four Winter Olympic Games and an announcer for the 2006 Winter Olympics.

This accomplished athlete and competitor has continued to keep health and fitness at the forefront of his life. So when his friend and fellow Olympic Gold Medal champion, Mike Eruzione, called and told him about Qivana, Dan’s initial interest turned into a solid commitment. “We looked at the products, tried them, and loved them,” says Dan. “We also met with the Founders and they shared their vision of Qivana with us. The combination of the products and the business opportunity made my decision to become an IBO a very easy and exciting one.”

Dan was joined by two fellow Gold Medal Olympians, Bonnie Blair and Mike Eruzione, in his decision to become an IBO. The three of them all realized that their work with Qivana as Olympic athletes could be very beneficial and enjoyable in a variety of ways. Together, they formed the Olympic Gold Medal Champions team at Qivana. “Each of us has been approached by different companies to be a paid spokesperson. These types of opportunities are usually short term. But with Qivana, we’re not paid spokespeople; we’re IBOs just like everyone else.” He continues, “This opportunity is perpetual. I have to play a part in building the business, and if I do it the right way, my business will be around and profitable for many years to come. That fact is very attractive to me.”

When Dan is talking to others about Qivana, he says he is proud to tell them that Qivana has the best doctors in this field in the world. “We are confident that they know their stuff; they are the experts. Their research behind the products provides a great level of security for me when I talk to others, and an incomparable selling point.” Dan knows by experience that if Qivana’s products can help him, they will help others. “The members of the Gold Medal Champions Team have all competed at high levels, we know our bodies well, and Qivana’s products are still helping us. As we age, I know we’re all focused on staying healthy, and I believe these products can help us continue to feel younger as we get older,” says Dan. His personal experience with the products has helped him to feel an increased sense of alertness and wellbeing. “I just feel better,” he adds. “I have more energy and I feel more alert and awake. I love the fact that if I’m in a hurry, I can have a METABOLIQ Shake for breakfast and feel good about it because I know it’s providing my body with all the nutrients it needs.”

Dan loves to surround himself with positive people, so it’s no surprise to discover that the aspect he loves most about his Qivana business is the people. “Every meeting, every convention, and each event are all opportunities to meet new people and reconnect with friends. It’s like a mini reunion.” Unwilling to settle for anything less than the best, Dan’s vision for the future as part of the Gold Medal Champions team is brighter than ever. “I know Qivana will go global and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
