Great news! Qivana has decided to extend the 15% Diamond Bonus through the end of the year! Qivana Diamonds have been earning more commissions than ever before with the 15% Diamond bonus. As a result, Qivana has decided to extend the promotion until Dec. 31st, 2012. However with all of the new Diamonds in Qivana we have had to revise the promotion to the following:

Every time a Qivana IBO is paid as Diamond they will earn 15% on lesser leg team commissions at 15,000 points in the lesser leg. Any volume exceeding 15,000 GV will be paid at the normal 10% level. Creating success and helping others to thrive by using their talents is all in a day’s work for Dwight and Lee. So it’s no coincidence that they were introduced to Qivana while on the job. They were doing a show inLas Vegasfor a 45 day run and Steph Carse was part of their cast. “We’ve known Steph for 18 years. He is an extraordinary individual and we trust and respect him completely,” says Dwight. The cast worked very closely together for five hours each day. “Steph started educating everyone about health, nutrition, and Qivana and it really made sense to me,” says Lee, who had researched health and nutrition concerns on her own. She continues, “There are thousands of supplements on the market today, yet their claims aren’t substantiated. Qivana’s products are scientifically validated as to how and why they work.” For Dwight, his decision to join Qivana and try the products was based solely on the trust he and Steph share. “Steph believes deeply in Qivana’s products. After I saw how many of his friends were experiencing improved health and real, tracked results from using the products, it was easy to understand why Steph is so passionate,” says Dwight.

Together, this dynamic duo knows how to turn any business venture into a successful one. They quickly discovered that Qivana is a natural and enjoyable fit for their talents and personalities. As Lee says, “Building our Qivana business is something that’s organic in nature for me. When you find something you like, you become evangelistic about it and tell others. Word of mouth is the best way to build a business.” Dwight and Lee have a network of over 3,600 people that they correspond with on a regular business. “We reach into our existing client base because Qivana products are products that everyone can use and benefit from,” explains Dwight. Building their Qivana business has been all about sharing their personal experiences. As Lee advises, “Don’t sell the product, sell the experience!”

Although Dwight and Lee are heavily focused on their talent agency, they both agree that their Qivana business is something they can easily incorporate into their daily lives as they visit with their friends and acquaintances. “We look forward to building our Qivana business because we believe both the products and the business are enjoyable,” shares Dwight. Lee adds, “As we focus more on Qivana, we know it’s a business that will keep us healthy, active, and help us to continue to establish even more relationships and friendships along the way. That’s a wonderful aspect, because I don’t ever want to really retire. ”

Lee and Dwight believe that their success is a result of focus and passion. Lee explains, “Broken focus is what stops people from being successful. You must keep your focus and remember to be passionate about what you do. Believe in what you’re working for because in the end, what you believe in is what really matters.”

Eight began working her business and found she was enjoying the products as well as the convenience and ease of the routine she was following. “I naturally began to yearn for more knowledge about Qivana so I explored the website and all of the information available to me,” she says. One resource Eight tapped into was a conference call with IBO leader, Danelle Rich. “I was driving in my car listening and as my odometer turned 88888, which has significance to me, Danelle said, ‘True leaders are born at convention.’ That’s when I became aware of the 2012 Qivana Convention, and something inside of me said, ‘You have to be there!’”

Getting to Convention would be no small feat for Eight. The first hurdle was location; Eight lives in California, and Convention was in Orlando. Second, she had no extra income or any prospects of additional income to cover the costs of transportation, lodging, and meals, let alone a ticket to Convention. “I was going and that’s all I knew. I guess when you make up your mind to do something, you will pray to figure out a way to get it done and if it’s meant to be, God will open up doors for you and the Universe will show you how. That’s exactly what happened,” says Eight.

First, she was graciously given a ticket to Convention by Bob Sagar. Then she searched and found a hostel located three miles from the Convention site. Ticket? Check! Lodging? Check! Next was transportation. Eight wasn’t about to let distance get in her way. Her travels involved 26 hours of combined driving, flying, busing, and walking—all to get to Convention! At the end of Convention, Eight would walk the three miles to her hostel each night, just to wake up the next morning and walk the three miles back to Convention. Transportation? A tired, but satisfying check!

At Convention, Eight was unexpectedly called from the crowd by Bob Sagar, who shared her remarkable journey to Convention with the audience. The next day, Qivana Founders Craig Johansen and Devin Glazier were on stage to announce the winner of the Qivana photo contest. “The prize was $250, so once again, I had set my sights on winning the money,” says Eight. “I captured a piece of my journey to Convention with a picture of me running and carrying a sign that read, Qivana Convention or Bust!” she adds. When Craig and Devin stopped on Eight’s picture, she thought she hadn’t won. “They left my picture up and asked Bob if this was a picture of the same woman whose story he had told the day before, and then they asked Bob to come up on stage and retell my story. After retelling my story, Craig and Devin asked me to come up on stage. I didn’t know what to expect,” she relates.

What happened next was amazing. “Craig and Devin were taking up a collection of money on my behalf. At that point, I lost control of any thought I could have had and only experienced an outpouring of love and emotion. It was almost as if a gigantic burden of weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I didn’t even know or care at that moment how much money was being put down on the table. The love and compassion that I felt filled my heart with so much appreciation for what I had survived. This experience instilled a new hope for my future,” she shares.

Through the generosity of Qivana leaders, Eight successfully made it home toLos Angelesand began building her business with an increased sense of purpose and passion. Her newfound desire to learn and be mentored from her team leaders has helped her create a new career and lifestyle of success. She may have to drive to her nearest McDonalds just for Internet access, but this inconvenience doesn’t stop her—she achieved Silver Pro just two weeks after Convention.

One realization that has touched Eight deeply is the love and support she feels from her Qivana team. “It’s truly refreshing to know people really do care, after all. It feels good knowing that the Qivana opportunity is available to me and to all my family and friends. Working this business has deepened my relationships with my family and friends by opening our lines of communication,” she shares. “My team and I are determined to help each other live healthy, active, dream-fulfilling lifestyles and to pay that forward to others we love as well.”

She adds, “Qivana is teaching me how to live healthy, and learn how to live fruitfully while leveraging my time between family and business—all while I’m taking a product that’s increasing my energy, awareness, gratefulness, and receptiveness to what life truly has to offer.”

Now when Eight thinks about her future, she feels excitement and determination. She is making plans to send her son to college within the next two years and to purchase a small, safe home to live in. “My goals are to become Diamond, attend Dream week, and learn the Qivana Success System and Simple 7 thoroughly,” she says. “I aspire to do great things so I can help others to do the same.” One thing is certain about Eight: if she thinks she can, then she will!

Albert and Waini Muir believe there are 12 success factors to examine in a company before you are willing to put your name on the company, let alone your hard work, sweat, and tears. “First and most important is the management team; second, is the product,” explains Albert. After learning of Qivana’s stellar management team and scientifically backed products, Albert knew he had found a home. Qivana was the company he could proudly put his name on. “No other company can challenge Qivana’s team. Simply put, they know exactly what they’re doing. Second, Qivana’s products are all backed by science, they are effective, and the price points are the most affordable in the industry.”

Albert, who describes himself as “the hardest working person you’ll ever know,” tells his team members, “You take one step, I’ll take three. You stop, I stop. And don’t bring me anything negative.” His focused work has enabled him and Waini to reach Executive Diamond and qualify for Qivana’s Dream Week. “Waini and I know that Qivana will be a multi-billion global enterprise in the future. I believe we will be one of the top three IBOs in the company. Right now we’re already Executive Diamond and we’re absolutely going to be Presidential by the end of May, Royal by 12/12/12, and then Crown within the first Quarter of 2013.”

The Muir’s drive for success is mirrored in their team members who have captured all types of new Qivana records for rank advancements. “My team is the best group of people I’ve been around in my entire life. These people are goal setters and achievers, they’re fun and energetic, and they overcome objection like it doesn’t exist anymore,” he says. “We can all see that Qivana is on the verge of explosive growth.”

Albert credits their success to hard work and a positive mindset. “You could ask me about the last 45 people who said yes, and joined our team and I could tell you all their names. On the other hand, I don’t remember the ‘No’s,” he said. Another factor that contributes to the Muirs’ success is their focus on numbers. “Every team member knows that there are three critical factors that must happen on day one with each new IBO,” explains Albert. “First, you must sit down with a new IBO and make their contact list, and they must add one new person every day for the next two years. If they stop, I stop working. Second, help your new IBO learn how to set up an appointment over the phone. We teach them how to successfully set up an appointment within 90 seconds or less. Third, we teach them how to do presentations,” he says. Albert tells his team that in their organization, everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, but everyone has to learn how to do presentations. “You will never own your own business until you learn how to do a presentation,” he explains.

The next number Albert keys in on is 12; 12 IBOs that is, who are working hard to move forward. “I affectionately call them the Dirty Dozen,” he laughs. “I have personally trained and developed these 12 leaders and they are giving presentations and signing up new IBOs every single day. I teach my twelve leaders to find and focus on training and developing their 12 leaders to duplicate their efforts. We focus on those 12, not on thousands, because it’s the most effective way to create business builders.”

Albert also teaches his team members to always talk about Qivana’s business opportunity first. “A good business person at the end of the year can put a thousand customers into your organization. On the other hand, a good customer will always just be a good customer at the end of year.”

Having a clear and decisive vision has enabled Albert and Waini to reach incredible success.
